I highly recommend Luke for anyone needing a RICS surveyor. He conducted a Level 2 Homebuyer Survey for me that was incredibly detailed and comprehensive. What set Luke apart was his technical foresight; he recommended a wall tie report and a CCTV drainage survey, both of which identified significant issues I wouldn't have known about otherwise.

He also handled my Help to Buy survey with the same level of expertise. Luke is extremely responsive and, impressively, issued both reports on the same day the surveys were conducted. If you want a knowledgeable professional who is fast and thorough, Luke is your go-to.
